邮件的发信人和收信人都是同一个email，而且就是你本人，不过这封邮件却是垃圾邮件，这样的电子邮件叫做spoofed email。

上面的这样的一封垃圾邮件就是如此。这样的邮件太多，ISP最后会封掉你的email地址，这是坏事，不过，Spammer就不会再用你的邮件发垃圾了。
网上有很多免费的防垃圾邮件的网站，比如http://www.openspf.org/，http://www.spamcop.net/等。
